Xtenda Financial Holdings Limited (XFHL) began operating in late 2015 having been registered as a company in Mauritius. The company has operating subsidiaries in Mozambique, Tanzania and Zambia, each with local and satellite branches. Xtenda also has a management agreement with DBF Capital Partners Limited to manage the day-to-day operations of Xtenda Finance (Pvt) Limited, Zimbabwe.

Preference is generally given to Government employees requesting financial assistance for children’s education, farming inputs, household goods medical and funeral expenses, home improvement, etc.
Financial assistance generally ranges between USD100 and USD10,000, granted in local currency with loan periods of between 3 and 72 months. The loan period is determined by the client and the cost of the loan is subject to current market trends, where Xtenda offers a competitive advantage to similar facilities offered by other recognised financial institutions in the market.
DBF Capital Partners Limited (DBF) is a Mauritius-based investment holding company focusing on private equity specifically sector-agnostic principal investing. To date, the company is invested in oil & gas, financial services and real estate. On the financial advisory side, DBF focusses on activities related to private equity, including capital raising, balance sheet restructuring, as well as mergers and acquisitions. DBF Capital Partners Limited is the majority shareholder in Xtenda Financial Holdings Limited.
