Bindzile is also a director of DBF Capital Partners, an $80 million private equity company with operations across Eastern and Southern Africa. Bindzile’ s career began as a Teaching Assistant and Tutor at the University of Swaziland in 1986. On moving to Zimbabwe, she worked at the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation as a Senior Public Relations Officer for 3 years from 1992. Following that, from 1995 till 2020, she devoted her time to her family and set up several businesses alongside her husband.
She supports several philanthropic and women empowerment activities. She has been a director in the family businesses which include farming, real estate and Jacob Bethel Corporation (Zimbabwe) (PTY) LTD where she was elected Chairperson of the board of directors in 2021.
Bindzile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, a Diploma in Education from the University of Eswatini, a Diploma in Marketing & Public Relations from the London Chamber of Commerce, and a Prince 2 Certificate in Project Management. She also completed a Foundation year in law with the University of Buckingham and has studied at Dalhousie University in Canada, as well as Wits University in South Africa.
